Essential functions:

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients through a variety of methods including meetings, onsite visits, phone check-ins and webinars
  • Drive and execute strategic communications and campaigns across the board
  • Provide the highest level of customer service on a daily basis through proactive management and client relations
  • Manage our clients need and expectations by staying proactive and understanding their wants and needs
  • Work with marketing/design team to create materials that articulate and promote our client’s initiatives and programs
  • Assist sales team in the on boarding process of new clients
  • Stay current on relevant industry news and work with our sales and marketing team to market that information to customers and prospects
  • Research and reveal consumer insights to help us better tell our story to pharmacy operators and owners
  • Travel to account locations to meet with pharmacy personnel
  • Bring a positive attitude and relentless drive to your work each day
  • Represent the company at customer meetings and tradeshows throughout the year
  • Provide insight and ideas to help increase sales and customer satisfaction

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree; business and marketing majors preferred
  • 2-5 years in an account management role
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting a plus
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Must have exceptional time management skills and detail oriented
  • Able to work under pressure
