Essential functions:

  • Responsible for overall direction, coordination, implementation, and execution of our Field Technician Program
  • Meet annual revenue and strategic goals
  • Lead the planning and implementation of nationwide pharmacy system maintenance projects
  • Collaborate with Operations and Sales to ensure new customers/projects are launched effectively and the highest quality standards are met
  • Develop sales and marketing programs to drive growth, account penetration and customer acquisition and retention
  • Facilitate the definition of individual project scope, tasks, goals, and deliverables
  • Build the annual plan, create a product development plan
  • Assemble and coordinate project staff, and provide direction and support as needed
  • Meet with retail pharmacy customers to ensure they are fulfilled with service, troubleshoot issues quickly and delegate tasks efficiently
  • Manage 3rd party supplier relationships
  • Manage project resource allocation
  • Focus on quality assurance
  • Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project
  • Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
  • Implement and manage project changes to achieve project outputs
  • Provide project evaluations and assessment of results
  • Additional projects as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of experience in project management
  • Knowledge of project management techniques and tools
  • Knowledge of water filtration and quality systems
  • Direct work experience in project management capacity
  • Experience scaling large projects is a plus
  • Experience building and managing a field service team
  • Pharmacy and service provider experience is a plus
  • Microsoft CRM, NAV, & Office are a plus
